Who read History of Islamic Philanthropy?

I received many requests asking for a copy of my thesis. Rather than replying one by one, I think it is better to give a link to the thesis here. The thesis is stored at the open access repository of the University of Melbourne.

I open the analysis statistical information in the bottom page. It shows that by November 20, 2016, the thesis has been downloaded by 1,303 times. Not bad... Well, it's great! It means many academics are interested in the study of Muslim philanthropy. More interestingly, the readers are not only from well-established research tradition in the western countries but also from Muslim majority countries. Here is the list of most download/view by (25 results) countries.

Indonesia remains the highest in the list. Well, it is understandable since the high number of Indonesians population, the thesis specifically focuses on Indonesia. The list then goes to Malaysia, Kuwait, Pakistan, then many others including Iran and Saudi Arabia. I am interested to know how academics such as in Iran and Saudi Arabia comments on my thesis/book. If that's you, please email me to ameliafauzia@uinjkt.ac.id. Have a nice day...!
